• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Exchanges will be granted within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Because our products are made from salvaged materials, we cannot guarantee the same fabric will be available, but we will gladly exchange it for an item of equal value. No returns accepted. No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Items made to order may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped.

• What are salvaged materials?

  Salvaged materials come from a variety of sources and can consist of discontinued, leftover, or scrap fabrics. They are hand-picked for their quality and character and as much as possible is used to prevent waste.

• Why do you use salvaged materials?

  In North America around 14 million TONS of textile waste wind up in landfills each year. A lot of that fabric is perfectly fine, but because of the large scale of industrial operations, it often is more cost effective to dump it than to reuse or resell it.
