• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please be aware, however, of the higher shipping cost!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  TOYS: Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive (remember they're handmade!) depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Delivery times may change depending on the number of boxes ordered, and the amount of boxes on pre-order. SHOES: Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. Shoes are not given a set ship date, only an estimate! Keep this in mind when placing an order for a custom pair. All orders have first come first serve priority! Skipping out on placing an order by 3 days could set your order back by months! Also Christmas (Oct-Dec) and Back To School (June-July) seasons are the busiest! Orders for these dates end Dec 10th and July 20th.

• What type of paint is used on the shoes?

  All paint is hand mixed to properly and permanently bond to fabric.

• How durable are the shoes? Can they be worn?

  Understand that each pair is created the same as a painting, so it is your choice to wear them or not. Designs are sealed to keep them from fading and cracking and are easily wiped clean. We take extra precaution for children shoes, sealing 2 or 3 times to ensure protection. They are literally art, treat them as such!
