• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship out of Maple Shade, NJ.

• Do you use humanely harvested feathers in your products?

  Absolutely! Most feathers we use have been shed through the natural process called molting. Our supplier only deals in humane natural materials. In some cases, such as goose and turkey feathers, feathers may be harvested from animals used for their meat so as not to be wasteful. But none of our feathers come from farms that kill a bird simply to harvest and sell its feathers! We can also get many varieties that may not be pictured in current products, so if you are thinking of placing a custom order, just contact us to see if we are able to get you just what you're looking for :)

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We take returns for items that arrive damaged. Please provide a photo as soon as possible of the condition of the piece and we can discuss options for exchanging for another piece or issuing refund. Shipping, when charged, will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please keep in mind that most pieces are one of a kind (OOAK) and it may be the case that a damaged item can be exchanged for another of the same one. In some cases, repairs may be possible. Just contact us with any issues and we will work out a solution with you one-on-one!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time, we ship within the US only.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
