As well as to insure that all customer correspondence is properly documented, please submit ALL inquiries to us via email. Inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours or less, as long as your order number or the word "Carolyn McNee Photography" is placed in the subject line of your email, and it is sent to email@example.com ONLY. Use of this Site
1. Customer certifies that he/she is over the legal age 18 and has the ability to enter into any and all transactions on Carolyn McNee Photography website.
Carolyn McNee Photography is not responsible for incorrect size ordering.
Carolyn McNee Photography does not provide cash refunds for products which have been shown to be defective. Carolyn McNee Photography strict policy is to repair or to re-do all truly defective product and to re-ship it back to the customer at CNM expense.
4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:
CNM will provide a Return Authorization number and return address once a valid claim regarding defective product is submitted to CNM.
When requesting a Return Authorization number, the following information is required: Detailed reason for return? Has product been washed or worn? Is the product potentially wearable/usable or a complete loss to you? The email must contain the customer's order number in the subject line.
CNM customer service teams will reply within 48-86 hours with either further questions or with an Return Authorization number and a return shipping address. All returns must be clearly marked with this number.
Once the product is returned to CNM via standard or tracked USPS mail (CNM is not responsible for lost returns that are not tracked), CNM Quality Control team will inspect the product to determine if it is defective or not.
"Defective" is defined as a material manufacturers flaw in the product itself or a material error in the imprinting or embroidering of the product.
Slight variations in color, design, product size, design size or product "look" are not considered defects.
A 15% re-stocking fee and return shipping charges will be charged for merchandise returned that is deemed either not damaged or if the damage is determined not to be the fault of CNM.
5. ORDER SHIPPING
Once we received your order, it takes 2-4 business days for production, and the shipping time takes about 7-12 business days for shipment arrival, including USA, Canada, European countries and other countries. Shipping delays up to 20 days may be incurred due to increased security processing with international customs.
CNM utilizes well known, outside national & international shipping carriers. All shipping times are within the control of the outside carrier and therefore are not guaranteed by CNM. CNM is not responsible for any VAT, Duty Charges or Brokerage Fees at time of delivery. Please check with your local laws and regulations as we are unable to advise you on these.
