• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Unworn apparel may be exchanged or returned for refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unworn, undamaged Jewelry may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT only within 14 days from the date of purchase. Pink Velvet guarantees that its Jewelry is free of any defects. However, If your items are delivered damaged, you must contact customer service (orders@pinkvelvetdesigns.com) as soon as possible to request a return order number. The damaged item must be returned within 7 days from delivery date. Upon inspection, your item may be exchanged for the same item, another item, or store credit will be issued. No Refunds.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we ship worldwide. For all orders shipped to CANADA. Jewelry Delivery Method- US 1st Class Mail* ONLY. This is the only method of shipping accepted by the US Postal Service for jewelry shipping to Canada. The US Postal Service states this delivery method takes approximately 6-10 days but is not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame. We strongly recommend that you allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to avoid disappointment because of the time required to get through customs. Remember to ADD the production time or the time indicated it takes an item to leave our store. IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. On the advice of the Canada Border Services Agency, we do not collect these fees from you before we ship. So you are required to pay upon receipt of your order... this is to prevent any confusion or customers having to pay these taxes twice, then having to apply for a refund. These taxes may include- GST- A Goods and Services Tax . PST- A Provincial Sales Tax in most Canadian provinces. HST- A Harmonized Sales Tax- GST & PST combined- collected by some provinces. If you are in doubt as to the amount that will apply, contact the Canada Border Services Agency before ordering. • How long will it take to receive my order?

  All PVD jewelry is hand-made, therefore, order processing can take up to 5 days. Once shipped, all domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping and take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 to 3 weeks.

• What is Pink Velvet jewelry made of?

  Pink velvet uses metals, leather, stones, wood, and bone materials to designs and craft its jewelry collection. All earring ear hooks are Sterling Silver and Gold-Plated. Pink velvet jewelry is considered costume/fashion jewelry. If you are allergic to metals other than 14K Gold, you should be mindful when ordering, that Pink Velvet Jewelry is crafted using base metals, silver and gold-plated materials. Ear wires used are Sterling Silver and Gold-filled, Pink Velvet is not responsible for any allergic reactions to its jewelry.
