• Where does this store ship from?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We generally ship all orders out within 24 -36 hours. Most of our shipments are sent via First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post, all with tracking confirmation. Depending on the distance, delivery can take from overnight to 7 days within the continental U.S. The U. S. Post Office is a big variable. For International shipments, please contact us for a low rate. International shipping usually runs 7 - 14 days.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 3 days. e-mail us at: gail@gemsheal.com Item must be returned in the same condition as when it left South Florida. Every precaution is taken to ensure that your crystals arrive safe and sound and in one piece. One customer's feedback expressed that unwrapping our crystals is like performing a C-section. That being said, if your crystal is damaged in shipping, please notify us first.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
