• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Detroit, MI

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Remember it takes 4-8 weeks for most international orders, please be patient and email us with any questions! Customs can stop an order, and sometimes things get lost! But this hardly happens, we do our best to make sure your package is well packed and done through all the proper means!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders will be shipped on Friday at 12:00am. All orders made after 5:00pm on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Friday. Take into account, normal ship time takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks regardless of ship date, with the rates given we ship USPS. We do NOT offer tracking numbers through them, and understand they will take their time. If you wish to have it done through UPS or FEDEX please do the following email mannequinreindistro@gmail.com with your order, we will quote you and send you an invoice for payment.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final, if you have any questions or concerns email us! We are easy to work with!

• I really want this item but its not in stock or you don't have it!?

  We get tons of orders daily, bare with us sometimes it takes a week or so to get in a restock. Email us at mannequinreindistro@gmail.com to reserve a copy! If you also want something that isn't listed in the store email the same address listed above, request it, we will get with our wholesalers and contact you with a quote! Thanks!
