• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All items are sold as-is and sales are considered final, however, conversation upon receipt of an item and discussion about the problem or concern is the best first step. If we have made an error in the description of the item, we will accept return of the item and refund the amount paid less original shipping costs. The cost to return the item is generally paid by the buyer.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Most of the time yes, however, it is best to send a message to us prior to purchasing the item to confirm that customs will allow the item to be shipped to the applicable country.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do you define vintage?

  A previously-owned item in any condition from fair to excellent that is over 20 years old.

• How do you define upscale resale?

  Any previously-owned (not new) item less than 20 years old but still in good to excellent condition.

• What is destash?

  Destash means selling existing crafting supplies or 'stash'.
