• Where does this store ship from?

  San Diego, California The shop hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure to read all policies and ordering information before purchasing printable items. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  annie + flo notecards____________________________________ Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Orders are shipped on Tuesday and Thursday. printables ____________________________________________ After purchasing the item, please email the specific item information to hello[at]matsumotostudio.com. Within 1-2 business days of receiving the information, we will send you a proof to the email address you provided. Once you have approved the final design, we will email you a ready-to-print high resolution PDF file within 1-2 business days.

• Ordering Information

  Your order includes one round of revisions. The first proof will be emailed to you after you have emailed the details to hello[at]matsumotostudio.com The personalization of the wording and color choices (please refer to our color chart) are included in the process. Additional revisions, size modifications, font changes, custom colors (colors other than those shown on our color chart) and layout changes are all subject to an additional fee. Please contact us for specific pricing information. Please ensure the accuracy of the invitation wording and information before you email it to us. Please also review your proof carefully as more than one round of revisions will be subject to an additional fee. Sales Tax California residents are subject to a 7.75% sales tax.

• Additional Information

  Please note that the colors on your computer screen and actual printed material may vary due to differences in monitor calibrations and printer variations. Paper type may also affect color. The only way to accurately preview the color is to print our color chart using the paper and printer you'll use for your final project. Please note that by sending professional photos, you acknowledge that you have written or verbal consent from your photographer to reproduce the image and that you release Matsumoto Studio from any legal matters.
