• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders are designed in the Expressionally Personal shop in Magnolia, AR and fulfilled and shipped by manufacturers inside the US.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Please note colors may vary on different computer screens, and refunds cannot be made because of color variance. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns since our products are personalized. We do provide a proof for you to review before we send out for production. You will be able to view, approve or make any changes. If package is damaged or lost, please contact us so we can resolve. The colors of each of your products may vary slightly from the color shown on your monitor due to monitor variations. Due to the manufacturing and molding tolerance, all sizes and dimensions listed in the catalog are approximate and have an acceptable variation of a half inch. Occasional variation in material, color, size and design may occur. Small edge creases are innate to the molding process, cannot be avoided and will be considered acceptable. Our products are printed digitally therefore, we cannot guarantee a color match to PMS colors. The alignment of each design on the product may appear slightly off center at times due to the printing process of each product. It is not a defect and in no way affects the quality of the product and will not be replaced. Please make sure you will be happy with any of these unavoidable characteristics on your personalized product before placing your order since they are not defects and will not be replaced.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sorry, we are not able to ship orders outside of the US at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Because each personalized item is made to order, most orders take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to arrive.

• Can I request an item or design not featured in your shop?

  Absolutely! We have an extensive catalog of products and designs but if you need something that we don't have listed, we'd love to work with you to create something special just for you! Just send us a message and we'll work together to create that special item!

• Can I change the background, colors, fonts, etc. of my personalized product?

  Yes! We strive to create one of a kind personalized items just for you! All of our designs are completely customizable and can be created to your specific needs!
