• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Mia Chic Boutique goes to great lengths making sure the measurements of each product is accurate. We specialize in "free sizes" that ideally can fit everyone, which is why it is so important for you to make sure your measurements match those of the item you are interesting in buying to ensure it will fit you. Because of this, returns are not accepted unless the item is defected in some way such as: zipper malfunction, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately via email. Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers initially have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Because of our high volume of sales, and lack of help (yikes!) please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the USA. International shipping delivery times may vary between 4 and 12 weeks due to custom regulations. We will send you an email with the tracking information as soon as we drop it to ship!
