• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We accept returns of items purchased from Indah Kids with 10 days of purchase. We will happily refund all returns that have original tags, unworn, and all accessories included to receive a full refund.Custom made and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return once we receive your return item. Shipping charges will not be refunded with you credit. When returning items it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping charges. It can take up to one billing cycle for credits to post and clear. Please include in your return shipment: Merchandise Returning Invoice

  Welcome to indahkids.com,an online boutique for babies,kids & women.It's not just an ordinary online boutique.We're not only offer ready made, we also have handmade items. My name is Ruth.I'm married to my stud husband of love and we live in southern California. In March 2010, we welcomed our first baby into our home, our little Kyla ♥. My family and I are strong in our faith and run our business accordingly.We follow the golden rule:"do unto others as you would have done to you". We enjoy our church, and look forward to the weekends. I always had a love for kids clothes even before I became a mom. The day after I found out I was having a girl, Kyla, her closet was overflowing with styles that would almost last her into his school years! It really became an obsession/passion...to open a boutique that had unique type clothing and dresses,unlike anyone ever seen. Indah means "Beautiful" , each product comes from the heart,only the best for our future generation in mind. They are created without sacrificing style and comfort. • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All items are custom made per order and ship 2 - 3 weeks after purchase. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What happen if my package gets lost?

  If your package is lost and you don't receive it, we recommend contacting USPS. We are happy to add shipping insurance or signature confirmation to your order, if requested. Unfortunately, once USPS takes your package, it is out of our hands. If the package is returned to us, you will be contacted immediately and we will work on reshipping.

• How do I check on my status order?

  You may check the status of your order at any time using the "My Account" link at the top and bottom of the page. This will allow you to view all of your order details and status.

• I don't have Paypal account.How can I pay for your merchandise?

  You don't have to have a PayPal account to purchase. There is a link on the left side of the log in box, once you get to the PayPal website. Just click "continue" and you will be able to pay via credit card.

• Do you offer any discounts or coupons?

  Yes. Occasionally we will send special discount coupons to our customers. Coupons can be used on merchandise only and are not to be used with gift certificates. To receive these special discounts, make sure to sign up for our email list. We also give out coupons on our FB Page

• Am I charged sales tax?

  Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to California addresses only. All other states are not charged sales tax!
