• Where does this store ship from?

• Why is the pricing in US Dollars only

  The pricing of our products are in US dollars only as this is the only currency supported by the Storenvy platform. However, product prices are converted to your local currency at checkout; so dont you worry you will be paying the right price at checkout.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days of order postage. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tickets and hangtags, and poly bags attached. Returned items will be refunded within 2 to 3 business days after receipt and subject to our inspection that the items are in original unworn condition, with all original tickets and hangtags attached. Credit will be issued for the value of the items at the time of the original purchase, and processed to the credit card used at the time purchase. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable. Custom made items "where customer measurements have been used" are also not returnable.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  As we are originally a UK based company we accept orders from the UK, US and globally!

• Why do the products cost more than the highstreet?

  Esteri is an independent designer of womens wear. Our products are painstakingly produced in the United Kingdom. We do not make use of factory lines or carry out mass production.
