  Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Busy times of the season also play a big role in shipping as well. Please keep in mind that our products are made to order to assure you get a quality, fresh product.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  -We strive to keep our customers 100% satisfied, however, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will allow refund or exchange on that product. • Where should I store my herbal health products?

  Don't keep herbal products in the bathroom medicine cabinet or kitchen refrigerator. The bathroom is usually humid and warm, and herbs won't last long in that environment and storing your herbal products in the refrigerator will damage your product. A cool, dry place is best.

• Should I take herbal products if I´m on prescription medicine?
