  • Where does this store ship from?

    Brooklyn, NYC, America
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  • A Note on Shipping

    I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Therefore, unless you specifically request a brand new box, orders will be shipped in re-purposed boxes. Thank you for your understanding!
  • How do Special Orders work?

    If you would like to place a special order, simply me at MarellaDesigns@gmail.com. Please specify your desires, including which item, colors, designs and any other specials you'd like. Please note Special Orders take up to two weeks to send out due to acquiring necessary materials and the making of the product. I may email progress pictures during the crafting process to ensure your satisfaction. Special Orders do not carry any additional fee.
  • How does Free Personalization work?

    Personalization can be added to many items, free of charge! Please note that it will be hand-done, and I don't do special fonts. :-) Personalization is perfect for cupcake banks, teddy bear banks or any item intended as a gift. Personalization is GREAT when paired with a Special Order! Personalization is always Free!
  • What sort of environment are my items made in?

    All items are hand painted items by me in my home, which is both cat-free and smoke-free! It is a very happy home, so you can rest assured that your items will be full of love and good vibes!
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    If for any reason, you are not satisfied, feel free to return it! I will do my best to either fix the problem or refund your money. As every item is one-of-a-kind, I do not do exchanges. Special Order items are NONrefundable. However, if you are very dissatisfied with my product, you are welcome to return it ONCE and I will do my best to fix any problems.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!
  • Holiday Head's Up

    Shipping: All products must be ordered by December 12 for arrival by Christmas (within the US) barring any unforeseen problems with the USPS. Custom Orders: Must be ordered by December 7 for arrival by Christmas (within US states) again barring any unforeseen problems with the USPS. Lost/Broken/Stolen Items: MarellaDesigns is not responsible for lost/broken/stolen items once they have been shipped via the USPS. However, I don't want to have anyone's holiday ruined, so I will include delivery confirmation on your parcel(s). Should it be beyond evident that something ran afoul with the USPS, please contact me ASAP and we'll see what can be done to make your holiday brighter! Gift Returns/Refunds: As stated above, you may return items your are not satisfied with for a "fix" or refund. There are no exchanges. Custom orders are NOT refundable-if you are very dissatisfied, you may return it ONCE and I will do my best to fix any problems. I want all of my wonderful customers to have a happy holiday, so please keep dates in mind when ordering and keep open lines of communication with me!
