• Where does this store ship from?

  Syracuse, New York

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you want to return something or exchange it you will have to return it within 30 days of receiving it and you will have to pay for the shipping to return it to us so that we can refund you or exchange it for something of equal or lesser value. We do not take returns or exchanges for "Pre-Loved" items and Made to Order Items(Galaxy Shorts or Painted Clothing items) So please make sure your size you order is right :o

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Within the US it seems to take anywhere from 3-10 days . If you message me on the Alternative Pudding Like Page or email me at alternative.pudding@live.com and say which order is yours, or talk to me about your order then I will tell you what time it should arrive ^__^ For Painted shorts that are Made To Order It takes 1-3 weeks to create the shorts depending if I have all the supplies on hand at the time. If it is going to take up to 3 weeks alone for me to make them I will email you to alert you about the delay :) And I will also email you once they have shipped out ^ o^

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do :D But please understand that shipping prices have been going up everywhere and it costs more for us to ship internationally :'o

• What Size Shorts Should I Order?(For Made To Order Painted Shorts from my shop)

  Depending on brands, some brands sizes are smaller than other brands sizes but are the same # size so that is why ive created this chart so that you can get the right fitting shorts ^__^ This is the size chart Ive created based off of the measurements of the shorts that I buy to customize. Please measure around your waist and hips and compare your measurements to the measurements below to see what size will best suit you <3 Size 0 ~ Waist: 24-25 inches Hips: 33-34 in. Size 2 ~ Waist: 25-26 in. Hips: 34-35 in. Size 4 ~ Waist: 26-27 in. Hips: 35-36 in. Size 6 ~ Waist: 27-28 in. Hips: 36-37 in. Size 8 ~ Waist: 28-29 in. Hips: 37-38 in. Size 10 ~ Waist: 29-30 in. Hips: 38-39 in. Size 12 ~ Waist: 30-31 in. Hips: 39-40 in.

• What makes up the shipping costs?

  The shipping cost is currently the flat rate shipping packaging I must buy to ship your item to you + Standard/First Class Shipping Costs. If you would like for me to add Tracking/Delivery Confirmation please select that in the Extra Shipping Options area of my shop ^_^ it only costs a few dollars extra :) With the Delivery Confirmation Sticker I can track your Package and tell you what stage of shipping it is in and also confirm on storenvy and paypal that it has been shipped so that my store does not get flagged in the future and also that you get an email telling you that your package has been shipped as well (if you havent messaged me before hand on facebook)

• Is everything Handmade?

  Everything sold in the shop is handmade unless labeled otherwise. All items in the "Misc/Pre-Loved" Category are items that have either been bought by me and never used or items that have been lightly worn by me in the past. All of these items are discounted and are priced like they would be if you were to buy them in a "Plato's Closet" or a Thrift Store. If they have never been worn or only been worn 1-2 and are in great condition they price might be a bit higher than thrift store value though.

• Can I make a Custom/Special Order?

  If you would like to make a custom/special order please Private message me on the Shop like page first to find out if I am capable of filling your order at the time and/or willing to do the work. For some things I sell only if I have them made, a few other things I may be willing to make custom.
