• Where does this store ship from?

  We are located in Washington State - digital products will be shipped via creativequiltingnorthwest@gmail.com - please feel welcome to reply or contact us directly at this email address with any questions.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We do not accept returns as our products are digital

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once your order has been processed it will generally take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days to arrive (once shipped) depending on when we receive your order and the processing speed of your local postal carrier or email provider (in the case of electronic products).

• How do we know where to send the file?

  We ask you to please either use the contact form on this website or email creativequiltingnorthwest@gmail.com directly to let us know where you would like your order sent.

• What do the patterns come with?

  We offer a unique line of project patterns to make one of a kind gift items for Statler owners as well as other computerized systems. Our digitized patterns come with complete instructions & supply lists (photo’s too) for the long arm professional so you can produce a finished product without the guess work. In addition we include instructions for clients use so that you can quilt the patterns and your clients can do the finish work. This allows the long arm professional to expand their service possibilities beyond traditional quilting.

• Do you also teach?

  As teachers we love the challenge of teaching a new student the many ways that Creative Studio can make their quilting lives easier! We offer a wide range of teaching methods which translate to classes that reach a wide range of learning styles! We offer both individual & group instruction in Statler Stitcher’s Creative Studio 4.0 software, as well as making a class to suit your individual needs.
