• Where does this store ship from?

  My products ship from Seattle, located right here in the Great Pacific Northwest.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there's a problem with the item(s) you've purchased, just return it to me for replacement. If that particular color or style isn't available, you can choose another of equal or lesser value. Sorry--no refunds.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We love thinking of dogs around the world wearing the Dog Pockets we've made.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
