• Where does this store ship from?

  All items will be shipped from us in Hong Kong.

• Do you handle my country Customs requirements ?

  We have no control over the customs requirements of your county. You are expected to comply with your country's requirements. Please contact your local customs office for details. If for non compliance or non payment of customs or import tax/charges the goods are returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 10 % of your order amount. The remaining balance, after the in and out postage/shipping costs and this restocking fee, will then be refunded back to you.

• How will I be able to track my order?

  Once delivered to the HKPO, we shall email you the HKPO receipt date and the parcel registration no. if you have not receive the parcel after the estimated period lapsed, please contact us at findmyscalemodels@gmail.com. We will follow up with HKPO and email advise you the status ASAP.

• If the goods arrived damaged, what shall I do?

  If you receive the package damaged via AirMail or Speedpost by HKPO, please inquire your local post office, showing them the damage, and filing a damage claim, as procedures vary country by country. Or you can contact us at findmyscalemodels@gmail.com for assistance. Though we assume no financial obligation for items received damaged, we will try our best to help you solve the problem.

• After I have placed my order, will the prices and description be changed?

  The shipping charges are the best estimate and will not be changed unless the actual vs estimate deviates by more than 5%. In any event, however, once we have confirmed the order details to you, no changes to the pricing nor descriptions will be made.

• In case of dispute, what are the applicable laws?

  Our Terms and Conditions will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Shipments are currently made to the US, UK, Australia, Singaore and Japan. For other destinations please send in email enquiry first to check on the shipping requirements.

• Combined Shipping - Do I get a lower shipping rate if I combine shipping?

  Yes, certainly. We do not make profit out of the shipping process. Our shipping calculator automatically avoided the higher initial postage for subsequent items combined in the same order.

• Do you keep your own stocks or you order from the suppliers after receiving my orders?

  In our website you will see only those kits we have on hand.In order to meet our delivery promise we only show the items we have in stock on hand.

• Will my personal data be used for other purposes than processing the orders?

  Every customer is our friend and their personal data will be treated as utmost privacy. The data will not be used in any manner for other purposes than MSM’s order processing. Any promotion communication will be sent only with the prior permission of the customer concerned.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Normally shipments will be executed within 2 working days after payment is confirmed. The ordered kits will reach the buyers in 7 to 10 days in Asia / Australia and 14 days in UK and the USA.

• I need the item fast. Can it come by more quickly?

  Express shipments can be made for an additional fee, please contact us and we shall work out separately.

• Is my purchased item well-protected?

  To ensure safe and fast delivery, your orders will be sent to your address (as input by you upon ordering) via Insured Airmail within 48 hours upon payments received. Please make sure this address is correct and updated as we are required to use it for shipments. Multi-layer bubble wrap or foam pellets will be placed inside the kit boxes to protect the parts, especially delicate pieces like the canopies. This is an extra protection offered by us to ensure you receive the kits in its entirety.

• I can't find my wish-list item. Do you take pre-orders?

  Yes! Please email and tell us your desired item, quoting : Manufacturer's name : e.g. Trumpeter Item serial no. : e.g. 01575 Scale : e.g. 1/35 Type : e.g. M1132 Stryker ESV we'll revert to you within 2 weeks. Price will be quoted if available.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We do not have a refund policy at the moment, but we have taken an extra step to ensure all items will be shipped safely. All delivery will be insured and carefully packed with bubble wrap /foam boards/foam pellets and carton box to ensure you receive your order in its entirety.
