• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit only!! You have 7 days from the mail out date to return merchandise in it's original condition, unworn, and tags still attached. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (unless we default on something). Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days). Once shipped you will receive your order in 7-10days! You will receive an email with tracking number from USPS once your order has shipped. This applies for international shipping as well. Should an item get lost in the mail it is not Sonya Bee's Kharisma Boutique's fault. You may purchase insurance on any item purchased from us. Please add the option to the cart if interested.
