• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Because each piece is handmade, returns are not accepted. Should your item arrive with any issues, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. All pieces are delicate so please handle with care. Repairs for used items will be handled with a case-to-case basis.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Each piece is made-to-order upon payment verification, and will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of the date of order depending on the item's complexity. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
