• Where does this store ship from?

  PhoenixJewel based in Viet Nam and all items will ready ship from Viet Nam

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  To cancel or change your order, please contacted me before shipped the package to you, and I will accept it unconditionally. If in the process of shipping, packaging is the collision as jewelry broken, please return it to me and I will send you a new one. Shipping fee is not refund unless item is defective. • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship all Over the Wold :) All items in PhoenixJewel are available so it does not take your time to wait. I ship within 1-3 days after receiving cleared payment (business days) via the Vietnamese mail service. Estimated time for delivery is 3-4 weeks. At the Christmas and New Year Holidays, It may be longer in December to January or during special occasion. The delay can also be caused by the customs office. Shipping cost not included insurance and package tracking.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We use Paypal only at this time for international orders. You don't have a paypal account? It's ok. You can still pay without signing up. All major credit cards are accepted, along with echeck.
