Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  This store doesn't ship anything. We just do designs, not printing.

• What do you need from me?

  Before I can begin work I usually require some minor guidelines to work with. If you have any designs you like for inspiration then please send them to me. A Color Scheme would also be a big help. You should also send along any stock photos you would like used in the design.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not happy with your design then we are more than willing to make changes, up to a limit of course. Each customer is allowed 3 FREE Changes or Additions after product completion. After those 3 Changes are made you can choose to pay for any additional changes.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once you have ordered it usually takes between 3 - 5 Days to complete your initial site design based on the information you supply to us. Any additional changes could cause the order to take a bit longer to fill.
