  Products can be returned for exchange or possible refund if the product is completely undamaged and unused. • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Studio Despotamus happily ships outside Australia, due to the nature of our products international shipping is easily done. Although, slightly more expensive, sorry about that.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 4 to 12 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 4 and 12 weeks. Although, usually 5 should be the maximum, however considering Studio Despotamus has not power of international postage services speed or efficiency all we can do about a slow international delivery is say SORRY!
