Store FAQ

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All items in stock ship within 2-3 business days. Once shipped most packages sent within the continental US will arrive in 2-3 business days as per USPS Priority Mail policy. Outside of the US can take up to 2 weeks, depending. If you should have any questions, or would like to make a custom order with a different postal service, please send an email to ashley@scpcycleandcustom.com.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  YES ABSOLUTELY! send any questions to ashley@scpcycleandcustom.com. For hair accessories I offer many color and pattern schemes, for other acessories using imagery, I can use any image you have, edit it to perfection* and add any colors, backgrounds, lettering, trinkets, etc. Additional fees may apply, custom orders are always 100% agreed upon and prepaid before any work begins. *within the limits of the original quality of the photo or image

• Where does this store ship from?

  Our shop is located in the midwestern town of Rapid City, South Dakota. We ship strictly USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise arranged.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No refunds, exchanges only, in which case the consumer pays the extra shipping fees, and a restocking fee of $3 per item exchanged.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Shipping rates will vary as such.
