• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final, since these are custom, handmade items. However, if an item breaks, you may contact me and I will send a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope to send it back. I will attempt to fix it or make a new one, and send it back to you. No refunds or exchanges. Thank you for understanding!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Since these are each custom order, handmade items, please allow approximately 3 weeks to be made and shipped. Hopefully orders will be filled before this time, but it will depend on my workload at the time. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
