• Where does this store ship from?

  Puerto Rico - which is a U.S.A. territory. So basically from the United States.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods during the shipping process. This is a small independent business and unfortunately, I am currently unable to offer any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I ship worldwide, so international buyers are more than welcomed.

• What does the shipping cover?

  The shipping cost covers the fee needed to ship your product through first class or priority mail. Charges vary depending on location and item or items. If you wish to add a separate service (ex. tracking number) this will be an additional charge.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All items will be shipped out after payment is received. I will usually ship them out the same day or the next, at the most within 3 business days. Remember, delivery time will vary depending on the location. Delivery time for the United States should take between 5 to 10 business days, to Canada between 5 to 10 business days or more, and international between 10 to 21 business or more.

• How do I pay for my order?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order. I will also accept: Western Union, U.S. Postal Money Orders, concealed cash. Foreign currency is accepted as long as the amount equals the same in USD. If you plan to use a different payment method other than PayPal, then contact me.

  This store is powered by Storenvy, an online store system and marketplace for people like bands, clothing companies, record labels, artists, nonprofits and everyone else who has ever needed an online store. Shoppers can purchase items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step.

• I saw a product that I wanted to buy, but it's sold out. Will there be more available?

  That depends on the type of item it is. While some items (mostly genuine and original items) are limited, most of my other items are always in stock.
