• Where does this store ship from?

  Your package will be shipped from our main international distribution warehouse in Kenai, Alaska, typically by dogsled relay.

• What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?

  African or European?

• What's a "Fanboy" book?

  For a small additional donation to Doc's Dew Fund, I'll sketch the Whiteboard character of your choice inside the book. Sketches are B&W, done in pencil and ink.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of a wrong size or incorrect item having been sent. In other words, if I screw up, I'll do everything I can to make it right.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Certainly! Although there is a slight extra charge for additional dog food.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the endurance of the dog teams. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to as long as 6 weeks, depending favorable currents and how long it takes to fit the dogs with scuba gear.
