• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I stand behind my handmade items and I want you to be completely happy with your shopping experience. All sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. While I'm not in a position to issue refunds or exchanges, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact me directly for futher discussion. If a mistake has been made on my behalf, I will do all I can to rectify the situation.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  International customers welcome but please contact me before purchasing to arrange appropriate shipping methods and payments. Please note that you are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders will be shipped by United States Postal Services (USPS) Priority Mail. If you need your items faster, I will arrange for Next day or Overnight. Please contact me for shipping rate prior to purchase. All shipments will include delivery confirmation and insurance. You will receive the order tracking number once the order has been shipped. I will ship to the address provided by Storenvy or per our conversation for gift giving. Please make sure your address is correct on your profile. I will not responsible for any incorrect shipping address you provide.

• What type of payments do you accept?

  I accept Paypal and credit cards for all orders. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout. If payment is not received in a timely manner, you will receive a reminder convo and/or email. All orders will be cancelled and relisted if payment has not been made within 2 days. Virginia residents are charged a 2.5% sales tax.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  I do accept custom orders. Please contact me to discuss further.

• How long will it take for my order to be completed?

  All items are handmade to order unless listing states "Ready to Ship". CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be handmade and ship out, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Twin and Full size afghans take up to 6 weeks to complete and Queen and King size afghans take to up 8 weeks to complete.
