• Where does this store ship from?

  All items are shipped from my home in Hong Kong - Asia's international city.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! If you don't see your residing country in my shipping profiles, please ask for a shipping calculation before placing your order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders to the United States usually take 10-14 days upon sending shipment. If you need an item urgently, convo me so I can set up a reserved listing with express shipment for you.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I hope you will be happy with your purchase! In case of a damaged item upon delivery, you are welcome to request for exchange within 7 days of receiving the items. Please return the damaged item to me and I will send out the exchange good asap. (Customer will have to pay for the shipping of returned item. Thank you for supporting indie business like GMP!)
