Where does this store ship from?
Shipping rates are for shipping within the continental United States. (48 states), APO/FPO. (Additional shipping fees are required for Hawaii & Alaska)
Please email for a quote if you are a buyer from Hawaii or Alaska.
Combined shipping is offered whenever possible, however, many of our items ship from different locations and combined shipping is not always possible.
No refunds are available on shipping cost.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Buyers are responsible for the return freight. Refund will be for the purchase price only less the original shipping cost and 20% restocking fee. Item must be received in its original condition not removed from the original package.
In trying to keep prices low, Returns/Refunds are not accepted on many items. (These items will be well noted) We strive to provide accurate, detailed pictures and descriptions. Many of the pictures we post are provided by the supplier and professionally done. (Please keep in mind that picture color/tint may vary somewhat.) Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 3 days of receipt. Defective merchandise returned requires authorization. Please email us with your Name: Item Number: Phone Number. We will respond to your email within 2 business days. Once you have received a "Return Authorization Number" your item must be shipped back to us within 14 days.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Many of our items we list are kept in our inventory and ready for immediate shipping. Some, however, are shipped directly from the supplier and require additional processing/shipping time. Your tracking # will allow you to keep track of the shipment and the approximate time it will take for you to receive it.
***Some of our other company products take longer for delivery. This will be noted on the item listing if additional shipping time is required. Allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of these items.***
We strive hard to keep inventory current with our suppliers. However, inventory adjustments beyond our control can occur. If this happens, you will be offered an opportunity to back order your item or request an immediate refund in full.
