Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We ship to anywhere in the world for just $3 USD!
*** For customers located in Brazil, South Africa, Chile and China please note that we are not responsible for your packages once they are shipped out.
Only express mail with tracking is accepted for these locations and a proof of shipping will be provided but shipping to these locations is unreliable and usually takes 1 to 2 months to arrive. So if you are located in one of these places place your order at your own risk.

How much does Shipping cost?
Shipping costs for anywhere in the world:
$3 for the first item
$1.75 for any additional items
Add $2.50 for EXPRESS shipping with tracking! You can choose this option at checkout. It only affects the shipping costs for the first item (E.g. $5.50 for the first item, additional items are still $1.75)
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship within two to three business days of receiving payment.
Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Orders with express shipping usually take anywhere from 7 to 12 business days at most.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING INFO & DEADLINE
The Christmas season is always hectic! The postal service has to handle a huge increase in packages to process which can sometimes cause delays. To make sure your package arrives in time for Christmas please place your order on or before the following dates:
For standard shipping: December 1st
For express shipping; December 5th
Any order placed after these dates will arrive after Christmas!

For every month you purchase , we will send you a surprise box containing 3 to 5 items worth $30 USD! See our FB page for more info on what we have sent in the past!

- Your package will be sent within the first week of the next month and we will email you back with a TRACKING number
- Items can include jewelry, accessories, stationery, home decor, and more! Each month is different and a surprise but we will send you at least one piece of jewelry from our stores! If you like our products and our style you will most likely like the items we send to you!
*What if one of the products is broken or damaged?*
We check every item before sending it out but in the unfortunate event that it does get get damaged in the mail please contact us within a week of receiving your package and we will send you a replacement.
*What if I don't like one of the products that I receive?*
If for some reason you don't like the product we send you, our suggestion would be that our products make excellent gifts! But if you prefer, contact us and let us know what it is that you don't like. And you can ship the unused product back to us (at your own expense). While we are unable to offer you a refund, we can send you an extra month of our surprise boxes!
What is this store's return and exchange policy?

An order goes missing in the mail:
Please wait for a month to pass before assuming your order has gone missing! Sometimes international shipping can take a while. If that is the case please contact us and we will arrange for a refund via Paypal within three business days.
What happens if an item arrives damaged in the mail?
We try our best to make sure that our packages get to you safe and sound. But sometimes accidents can happen and things can end up damaged.
If this happens please contact us immediately! If you mail us back the broken or damaged item we will mail you back a replacement free of charge.
What if my package is missing items I ordered?
We check all packages prior to sending them out but if you do find that your order is incomplete, please email us immediately with photos of the original package (both front and back) especially of the customs & insurance form on the back of the package as it will help us clarify how many of which items we've sent to you.
If it is a mistake on our part, we will compensate you for your missing items!
We are not responsible for orders if ...
1) The package does not arrive due to a wrong or insufficient address provided by the customer. So please make sure your address is correct!!!
2) The item doesn't fit. Please read the listing for each item carefully! Some items are only available in certain sizes! All sizes are listed using US sizes (Women Sizes not Mens!). We do not do returns or refunds on orders if the size isn't right as it is clearly written in every listing!
