  Our fine, handcrafted American products are shipped to your home from Janesville, Wisconsin.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All of our products are guaranteed and inspected before being boxed and shipped to you. If any product you order arrives damaged, broken, or unusable, send it back to us in 30 days and we will replace it free of charge.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  As soon as an order has been placed, it can take anywhere from 1-3 business days for processing before it is shipped. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
