• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You may return your item for store credit. This does not cover shipping charges. Your store credit will be good until you wish to use it. It maybe applied to items you wish to be held for future purchase. Items can only be held for 60 days to wait for purchase. After 60 days item goes back on sale to the public. If you do not use your store credit on an item you wish to be held for future purchase and it is past the 60 day hold limit a 3.00 dollar fee will be deducted from your store credit balance. Please contact me by support other options might be available on returns.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! All Shipping, insurance, and tracking must be covered by buyer! I Am Not Responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items that ship out side of the usa. Most costs are covered in shipping and handling. You will be contacted if there is a problem with any shipping costs to ship out side of the usa. Receipts/Shipping statements will be sent to buyer if further payment is needed in shipping any item out side of the usa.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 30 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. I try to ship as timely and cost efficient as possible. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 14 weeks.

• What if I have a different question about my order?

  Please send any other questions to the support. Questions that are asked often will be applied to this area.

• Can I send you a check or money order?

  Yes! All checks and money order must be received and cleared before items are shipped. This process takes time please allow a few weeks for this process to be received and to clear. Once cleared items will be shipped with in 10 business days. Contact support as of where to ship your check or money order to. All orders must have the shipping costs included in your check or money orders if it is not your items will be held for you and you will be contacted about your shipping costs. If you cancel your order after your payment has cleared and items have been held for you a fee will be deducted of 50% and rest will be sent back to you in the form of a money order.
