• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, I can offer a refund of the listed price upon the return of the product to my care.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes I do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. In the case of an item marked 'Made To Order', please allow between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery domestically.

• What do you mean, 'Made To Order'?

  If a listing is marked 'Made To Order', this means the item described is not currently in my inventory and I will handmake yours upon notice of the sale. The pictures given in these listings are examples of my work, yours may vary slightly as no two plushes are exactly the same. :^)
