Return and Exchange
We accept return if
A. we sent you the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color or wrong style goods.
B. there is any quality problem
In other cases, the shipping cost of returning is on customer side. Customer has to mail the goods to our return address in China. We suggest using the registered mailing service since customer will be responsible for any missing or damage during the return shipment. All orders must be return in its original package. We reserve the right to refuse all refunds (at our discretion) for the following reasons: if the product(s) have clearly been worn and used... i.e. food stains, perfume smells, tears, rips or other signs of use and abuse that were clearly not on the item(s) when shipped.
If customer needs to exchange goods, the back and forth shipping costs are on customer side.
The refund will be processed within 2 business days after we've signed the return goods.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually 7-20 days after delivery to destination city, time controlled by the logistics company. If you do not receive it within 20 days, please contact us.
