• Where does this store ship from?

  New Haven, CT. Local pickup is available.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All clients will be sent a photo of the finished painting for approval before shipping. Generally speaking, returns will not be excepted on custom paintings. That being said, I personally guarantee that you will be happy with your painting!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately, not at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Paintings are started after purchase and require approximately 3 weeks to complete and dry. In the event of a longer wait time I will contact you as soon as possible. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
