• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time. No orders or payments will be accepted outside of USA. USA SHIPPING: Shipping Cost: $3.00 Additional Items: $0.50 Per Item Items ship USPS in padded envelopes. NO INTERNATIONAL shipping is available. If you are not in the United States I will not ship to you. Payments are made via Paypal. My Paypal account does not accept international payments. If you are not in the USA and payment manages to go through you will be refunded.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  In general, all sales are final, but I do honor a 14 day return policy only if there is a defect in construction. I will not honor a return because you didn't like the item, or because it didn't fit. You need to know your ring sizes before you purchase. I would be happy to repair a piece that you bought from me even beyond the 14 days, but keep in mind there will likely be a small fee and you will be responsible for all shipping charges. You MUST contact me prior to returning anything. If you do not contact me first and a refund is expected I reserve the right to deny refund. You will need to contact me with the time frame of purchase, item description of what you want to return and why.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What if I don't know my ring size?

  Please verify your ring sizes prior to ordering. You can visit a jeweler or some other method. I can not re-size a ring if you purchase the wrong size. There are also some less accurate methods to size your fingers. Do a Google search and you you will find methods which include printing out a ring sizer.
