• How long will it take to receive my order?

  it takes 24 to 72 hours to process your order. You will receive your order within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays) after your order has been processed. We will email tracking numbers, once your order has been shipped. Please Verify that your shipping address is correct, we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages.

• What is Virgin Hair?

  Virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state and guaranteed to be in its correct cuticle alignment.

• How many Ounces are in each bundle?

  3.5 ounces

• How many bundles do I need?

  For a partial install we recommend 2 bundles (7 oz) For a full install, we recommend 3-4 bundles (10.5-14oz) Longer hair lengths equals shorter weft length. for 28"+ we recommend 4-5 bundles.

• What is a co-wash?

  Co-wash is a conditioner wash. It is a way to clean the hair without the use of shampoo. Washing your hair with conditioner, or co-washing is often considered for good curly hair. Consists of cleansing the hair with a moisturizing conditioner.

• How do I care for virgin hair?

  It is important to always care for your virgin Hair, treat it just like your own. Follow these steps to care for your hair.Detangle hair from ends to roots before washing. Carefully wash with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo. Do not rub or twist the hair. Follow with conditioner. Gently squeeze out excess water and pat dry with towel. Do not roll or rub the hair dry into the towel. Always let your hair dry naturally. Do not blow dry or apply heat over adhesives without the right heat protection products Only moisturize once every 2 weeks. With Virgin Hair you don’t need moisturize more than the recommend time. Bendy Rollers. You want to achieve large and big curls, then roll a thick part of your hair into one bendy curler. You can achieve big curls if you will use 4-5 bendy rollers on each side of your hair. For smaller and tighter curls, roll hair thinly on each bendy. You can use 6 bendy rollers on each side of your hair. Brazilian Virgin Hair would never be dead straight, for Brazilian hair always has a wave. if you do want it straight you would have to straighten it every few days to keep the hair in that style. Lengths such as 10 inch are harder to keep straight. Always use heat protectors before applying Straighteners.

• Can I straighten, curl, wash, color/bleach my hair?

  Yes, our hair is 100% virgin. All textures will return to its original state after a gentle wash. If you want to color hair, we recommend consulting a professional.

• Will my hair shed?

  Minimally, no hair is absolutely perfect. The most effective way to avoid shedding is by sealing the wefts. You or your professional stylist should perform this task before installing the bundles.

• How long will my hair last?

  With proper care, your hair will last 8 months to a year.

• How to cancel my order.
