• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  As all items are custom made, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please contact me ahead of time for personalized shipping cost.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Custom Board orders take between 2-3 weeks to be made, packed and shipped. I ship USPS Parcel Post, which can take between 2-9 business days to deliver. Custom made hair accessories usually ship within 3 business days. I ship USPS First Class Parcel, which could take up to a week, but usually takes a few days to deliver.
