  • Where does this store ship from?

    We ship from California and Overseas. Contact: Customer support is available Mon-Friday 9am-5pm PST Orders placed after 3 pm will start processing the following day. Orders placed on weekends will start processing on Mondays. Processing is preparation of order prior to shipment. Please check your spam/junk mail box for our responses to your inquiry. Response times can take up to 24hours
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Please be sure to provide valid email address. If there are any issues with your order upon delivery you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. If you do not contact us within this time then the sale is final. Please Note: Only Clothing with NO measurement included with the posting are available for refund. All other clothing items, ALL SALES FINAL. It is buyer's responsibility to confirm size. Buyers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If package is returned because it was undeliverable then a 50% restocking fee will be charged. If package becomes lost or stolen because you were not there to receive it we are not responsible and no replacements or refunds will be provided. In case of a return, exchange, etc - NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, fingerprints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc. all original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new. 40% restocking fee on returns that have been opened and no original packing included. Customer pays return shipping cost and must provide tracking information with the return. No exceptions. There is a 10% charge for order cancellations by customer.. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase. In the instance we cancel a purchase, customer will be fully refunded.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! Shipping is by Ems Tracking such as DHL or Fedex. Customer will receive tracking number. Payment is by Paypal. Note: International Shipping time can take from 2 - 4 weeks; depending on custom delays. International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped 15-28 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Tracking numbers are provided when order is shipped.
