What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Please be sure to provide valid email address. If there are any issues with your order upon delivery you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. If you do not contact us within this time then the sale is final. Please Note: Only Clothing with NO measurement included with the posting are available for refund. All other clothing items, ALL SALES FINAL. It is buyer's responsibility to confirm size.
Buyers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If package is returned because it was undeliverable then a 50% restocking fee will be charged. If package becomes lost or stolen because you were not there to receive it we are not responsible and no replacements or refunds will be provided.
In case of a return, exchange, etc - NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, fingerprints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc. all original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new. 40% restocking fee on returns that have been opened and no original packing included.
Customer pays return shipping cost and must provide tracking information with the return. No exceptions. There is a 10% charge for order cancellations by customer.. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase. In the instance we cancel a purchase, customer will be fully refunded.
