• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship most of our goods from Tarapoto, Peru. However we have stock in California.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  ***after 15 days No Refund No Exchange. Must be returned in unworn condition with tags still attached . For Refund, ONLY. Due to the limited edition of our sneakers we can only Exchange for what is in stock. Exact shoe exchange is on a case by case basis. (a) If the product is damaged or the wrong size, we will gladly refund your money, if you want. We will also offer you a similar option, If you want. Up to you. (b)You have two weeks (15 days) to return an item, As soon as you know you want to return an item, please return the item . (c) Don't wear them "once" and return them, we will not refund your money if they are worn...even slightly.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.

• Do you cary half sizes in the OfRoyalty Sneaker?

  YES. the exact measurements of our shoes are provided below. this is the shoe interior from FOOT to HEEL ..

• Who makes this stuff... Sweat Shops? Do you Give Back?

  Our Products are absolutely NOT under any circumstances made in a Sweat shop. We work with various local nonprofit agencies (local to the areas we choose to buy from) to ensure we are purchasing materials Directly from the artist in the areas that need the most financial support. We believe in sustainable practices and fair trade. We believe in paying PROPER market value for the products we purchase. Everyone at our company donates %10 of their salary to one or more of the locations we have purchased goods from. We also all take annual company trips to various locations around the world to do community service, which is part of the contract we sign to work here. We believe in good Food, proper Medical care, and safe Shelter for everyone.
