• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO refunds, however exchanges are accepted. Exchange requests must be made within five (5) days of the delivery of your order. Please note, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred due to an exchange request. Should any item in your package arrive damaged or should you experience any other issues with your order please contact us immediately via email at royalrockscouture@gmail.com.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your package will be shipped out within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order. Orders will not be shipped out on weekends or holidays. Tracking information will be provided and you check the status of your delivery at www.usps.com.

  We sure do! We ship all over the world!! There is a flat shipping rate of $15.00 and you will receive tracking information on your order.
