• Do you do custom work?

  Absolutely! Send me a message and we can work out the details.

• I am interested in a print from your Flickr account, how can I get it?

  Simply message me with which image you would like, and I will have it created for you. My flickr page is: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sunguramy/

• What kind of paper/printing do you use for the photography?

  I use a printing service that uses high quality archival paper. Unlike most shops, which simply print onto the paper, these photos are chemically developed. The exact paper varies, please see the description for the specific photo for this information. Common paper types are glossy, lustre (a "matte" look), and metallic (shiny look that gleams in the light).

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• Where does this store ship from?

• Why the name Sunguramy, and how is it pronounced?

  "Sungura" is Kiswahili for "rabbit" and rabbits have been a part of my life since I was 5 years old, plus I like how it sounds (the "u" has a long sound, more like "oo" in English) however Sungura was already used online a lot, so I appended it with the "my" making my name, Amy. I pronounce "Sunguramy" like "Soon-gour-ah-mae".

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If for some reason you are unsatisfied, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and I'll issue the refund as soon as I receive the item or am sent a return tracking number. If you receive a broken or not-as-advertised item, I'll deal with things on a case-by-case basis. Optional solutions include a full refund, or exchange the defective product for a new one if stock permits.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  In-stock items ship within two business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What materials are used for the cave gear?

  This varies from product to product, but typically is one/combo of the following: 1000d cordura fabric, 100% polyester fabric, high density closed cell foam, heavy duty poly over poly thread double/triple stitched.
