• Where does this store ship from?

  New Hampshire in most cases. If it will be coming from another location for instance if it is coming from the supplier of the product, it will be listed. Also If that supplier is located in a different country that will be listed as well. ( I do try to keep all of my deals that i purchase from the USA)

• The small print

  Scotties closet is a adventure that was started to help me keep my mind busy, plus yes to earn a little bit of extra funds, lets face it who couldn't use that? But trying to survive on SS, gets harder and harder, everything is increasing but my check. That is why some of the Items you will see it will say being shipped directly from suppler, that is for a couple of reasons one cheaper prices i can get it at which means cheaper I can sell them at, and second it is crazy for me to purchase items up front if the option is available for not having have to.

• What if i find the product cheaper after purchased?

  We here at Scotties closet take pride in finding the best deals possible. If someone looks hard enough I am sure there is always some place you may save a few pennies. Also be made aware that Scotties Closet has to make something as well, for our time put in locating deals, advertising, selling venues, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Depending on the type of item ~ Authentic Name Brand Items, which are marked as so i will always have a receipt from the purchase that covers me,which in turn covers you. Please contact if problem. I have never had any item returned for being non Authentic that has been marked so. The items i get i only get from AAA+ BBB rated and have other high ratings. If Item is shipped from supplier please contact me, they each have different ways to go about returns or replacements. for damaged goods, and other items if destroyed in shipping please contact me. I do not deal in buyers remorse. In cases of shipping or recd. damaged you have 3 days from delivery to contact. Authentic issues you have 7 days.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No, If i do the item will be marked as so.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. If coming from supplier unless other wise noted same time frame is expected. If Supplier is from overseas (which will be listed) approx. Delivery time will also be given.
