• Where does this store ship from?

  I'm located in Slippery Rock, PA, a college town about an hour north of Pittsburgh.

• Can my bag be customized with a particular fabric?

  Yes! If you are looking for a bag in a style featured on our site in a fabric of your choosing, please send me a message and we can work out the details. Please allow up to three weeks for completion and shipment of your order.

• How often are new items added?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivered shipment. No returns will be accepted after this time. Items must be returned within 5 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. Refunds will cover the cost of the bag only.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I do! However, I reserve the right to grant you a full refund if the shipping for the item is unreasonable. Please message me if you have any questions.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Let's say, for instance, that you wanted a great place to carry your iPhone. Sure, you could buy a wristlet from Coach, Michael Kors, or Vera Bradley, but you're going to end up with something that tons of other people are already carrying.
