• Where does this store ship from?

  All items are generally shipped from Tampa, Florida in the USA.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns are not accepted because products are generally confirmed and approved before shipment. However, I am willing to remake custom items if the original is returned to me.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Extra shipping and handling fees apply, of course.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What if I want something that isn't offered in your shop?

  I do take custom orders for items I don't normally make. You are free to contact me with your idea and I'll work with you to design and create your custom products.
