• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Hibbing, MN. Monday - Friday after purchase is processed.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Jewelry is Returnable for exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving delivery for the purchase price not including the shipping amount paid. Please e-mail us for a return invoice number and instructions. No returns will be honored without this number. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping amount.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most standard orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We ship UPS and a tracking number for your order will be emailed to you.
