Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  99% of the time, orders will ship out from Washington D.C., where the guy who runs this store and who is currently typing up this FAQ currently lives. Hi! Once in a while, I may list an item that ships elsewhere from a partner artist, if it is not currently in stock in D.C. which will be noted in the item description. That way, you get it faster by having it sent directly to you. At the moment, the only such person is in Connecticut.

• Do you do custom orders?

  Yes! Our current products which can be customized: Pins Well, actually, it's just the pins for now. More to come! In the case of the pins, just about any existing design can be personalized by special request. (For example, you want alternate text or a different color) Some items will have personalization options directly in the listing. If you have an entirely new design you want made, contact us and we'll work out the details. Bulk pricing is available for large orders. Many of the artists and graphic designers behind the pins and posters or our other original products are available for commissions and freelance work. Contact us if you would like something designed for you.

• What the heck does "Artisticade" mean?

  It's a made-up mash-up of "art/artist" and "arcade," as in "shopping arcade" but the owner is a huge nerd, so the video game allusion is still somewhat appropriate. As the owner of Radiant Cadenza Studios, I wanted a web-shop where I could sell the custom products I've designed. However, I wanted a more versatile shop where I could sell more than just my own creations, and then the artisticade was born.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, naturally, if you mistakenly receive the wrong item, it is damaged due to improper packaging, or there is a mistake on a custom item or commission, a refund or correction will be issued.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, anywhere UPS will deliver to, anyway. Sorry Martians.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Items in stock ship within 5 business days. For made to order items, it depends on the product. Currently the only custom item available is 3" pins. Made to order pins from pre-existing or personalized designs should still ship within 5 business days. Please see the appropriate section for more about custom orders Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If you need something rush-shipped, contact us and we'll work something out.
