What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Little Blue Feathers will process an exchange within 30 days of the product being received if the buyer is not 100% happy with the item they received.
The buyer will pay to have the item returned to me, and then I will remake/reship the replacement item to them at no additional cost.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXCHANGES:
-The FIRST step is to email me within 30 days of receiving the shirt with the reason for exchange.
-SECOND step, please ship the shirt back to me in a padded envelope.
-Once I receive the shirt, I will then resend immediately, or recreate the new shirt within 3-4 days.
-The customer will not be charged again for shipping on the new shirt.

How long will it take to receive my order?
My production lead time is 2-5 business days (mon-fri).
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 10 weeks.
